Estella

Could you chip in $5 to help save this poor girl?
This unfortunate girl is Estella. We are helping Pyr guardian angel Carolyn Jordan to save her. Here's what Carolyn has to say about her:

"She is pitiful, but did not deserve to end up where she was. 7 yrs old, "thyroid" dog, intact, obese, same-sex & food aggressive. Matted so badly it took 2-1/2 hrs for total shave down in the below zero dead of winter. No other choice. Was on death row in kill shelter, owner terminally ill. Turned in 5 dogs, (Estella & 4 mixed breeds) she was the only one not euth'd when they contacted us about taking the Pyr girl & we said yes. They had already euth'd the 4 mixed breeds before we were contacted. Estella is purebred Pyrenees.

She is sweet girl, soaking up love & attention like a sponge. She has a "baby" a small stuffed bear that goes everywhere with her. Generous donors have sent her warm garments for both inside & outside, as she is shaved to the skin. Her health is improving & as soon as she can be safely spayed, this will even out her disposition. She wants very much to be part of the pack, but her hormones get in the way. We predict she will recover & become whole & healthy in the coming months.

Naked picture taken at shelter before leaving. She came home from shelter in an XL sweatshirt, in an ice storm.

If you have too many or if the money just isn't there right now, no worry. We'll get her needs met as soon as possible."

Please chip in and help raise $160 for her using the ChipIn.

All donations go directly from Paypal to National Great Pyrenees Rescue, a 501(c)(3) charity, and are tax-deductible. Please chip in - together we can help save this one and many more!
