Jasmine

Could you please chip in $5 to help this poor girl pay her rent?

This sweet two-year-old is Jasmine, a Pyr/Anatolian Shepherd mix. Her owners disposed of her by dumping her at a kill shelter. We spotted her online and asked our friend Janet Davis at National Akbash Rescue to save her. Janet teamed up with Lianne Faine at the Niko Foundation Rescue but they had a big problem. They needed to pull her from the shelter so the shelter wouldn’t kill Jasmine – but they had no place to put her. They asked for our sponsorship to pay for boarding while they find a foster or permanent home for her.

Janet says she is “gorgeous girl, sweet, outgoing, playful, loves toys, interacts well with people, may jump on you in her excitement but is delicate touching you, has been well cared for, loves attention, happy and friendly, gives kisses, people oriented, intelligent girl, knows the command sit and learning down, well socialized, okay being handled, … is good with children and a very nice girl."

Our mission is to save dogs from kill shelters. Sometimes, like with Jasmine, the way we do that is to pledge to pay for boarding while a rescue finds a foster family to care for the dog. Because of your record of generosity, our rescue partners will pull a dog on our promise of sponsorship, even before any donations are made.

Please chip in and help raise $140 to help pay for boarding, shots, etc. using the ChipIn on our website at www.doomeddogs.blogspot.com

All donations go directly from Paypal to the Niko Rescue Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity, and are tax-deductible. Please chip in - together we can save this one and many more!
