This old guy is a feisty 5-pound Maltese who was dumped at a shelter in Ohio because of his health issues. Cheaper to dispose of him than to care for him.

We got an urgent plea to help save Tiny Tim, so Caring Hearts Rescue could afford to take him out of the kill shelter before he was put down.
