43 Dogs (Or More!) to Safety

Our friends Connie and Dave are planning another trip on Wednesday. This time it is a trip from Oklahoma to bring at least 43 doomed dogs and puppies to safety in Chicago.  Our $200 sponsorship is about $5 a dog - it can be so cheap to save a puppy's life!

Here’s the plan from Connie:

“Here is a picture of the puppies that will be going this Wednesday to Chicago.

So far this is what we have going:

·        4 puppies - lab mix - 10 weeks old

·        2 moms and puppies - each mom has 6 puppies

·        This set of puppies and their mom

·        2 puppies - Cherokee and his brother we live trapped last week, the other brother was shot and killed - 12 weeks old

·        4 little dogs - under the size of 20 lbs

·        3 Chihuahua puppies - 6 weeks old

·        6 puppies lab mix from Locust Grove, OK

·        8 puppies lab mix from Chicken Creek, OK

·        4 large dogs - over 40 lbs

·        6 puppies - 5 weeks old from Jackie

·        And we may have more by tomorrow."

Connie and Dave regularly drive around and pick up doomed dogs from shelters in Oklahoma and Missouri. These dogs would likely be put to sleep if not for them.  Your donations literally make the difference as to whether there is enough gas money for these trips to happen or not and whether these dogs live or die- thanks for your support!
