Duke is a huge Newfoundland with some huge health problems. He was severely neglected by his owners, resulting in serious ear, teeth and eye issues.
Our friends Gisela and Rosie from St. Cloud's agreed to take him to keep him from going to a kill shelter, where he would certainly have been put to sleep. We agreed to sponsor a portion of his medical expenses to give him a new chance at life with a good family.
He is scheduled for extensive surgery in a couple of weeks.
