Goliath

Could you please chip in $5 for this poor guy?

Please chip in!

Goliath is a big Great Pyr puppy.  Unfortunately, he grew "too big" for his loser owner.  What did he think the "Great" in Great Pyrenees meant when he got Goliath as a little pup?

The owner couldn't be bothered to find someone to adopt Goliath or to find a rescue to take him.  Instead, he dumped this beautiful puppy in a small kill shelter.  Tiny shelters have big kill rates because they have very little space.  Goliath had little chance of being adopted and it was very likely he would end up dead. Lucky for Goliath, the shelter has a caring volunteer who searched for a rescue during the little time Goliath had.

She found our friends at the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society of Houston, who, with our sponsorship, pulled him from the shelter before he could be killed. Our sponsorship money will go toward vet bills and other costs of fostering him until a good home can be found.

Please help us help GPRS save him!  Your donations are very important to GPRS and have enabled them to save many dogs that would otherwise be killed.

All donations go directly from Paypal to Great Pyrenees Rescue Society of Houston, a 501(c)(3) charity, and are tax-deductible. Please chip in - together we can save this one and many more!

If you are interested in adopting, please contact GPRS athttp://www.gprescuesociety.org/
