A Doomed Dogs Rescue member spotted him on FB and alerted us. We reached out to our rescue partners to see if someone could take him, with our sponsorship. Well, our old friend Janet Davis of National Akbash Rescue (who seems to spend more time saving Pyrs than Akbashes!) arranged for Columbia Second Chance Rescue to take him! Our sponsorship to pay for vetting and other costs enables this rescue to save Bear.
