This little sweetie is Chip. He is a a blue Chihuahua weighing in at only 2 lbs 14 ounces. He was dumped at a kill shelter in Los Angeles. Our friends at Lovebugs Rescue pulled him, but he was very sick and had to be hospitalized right away. LoveBugs needs our help to pay the big vet bills looming for this little doll.
