This little gal is another Pebbles. Her story is cruel but quite common. She was born in a litter along with Apollo in Alabama. I am filling in between the lines a little here, but what I think happened is that her owner tried to sell the puppies. Pebbles and Apollo weren't sold, I expect because they were growing out of their puppy cuteness and were harder to sell. So the heartless owner dumped them at a kill shelter to get rid of them. My thoughts about this are unprintable.Anyway, this turned out be Pebbles' lucky day - because the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta scooped her up. We are sponsoring her, because puppies are expensive to rescue!
