This is poor young lady does not have a name yet. Apparently, she was a stray and got pregnant. She gave birth to a litter and someone found them, took the puppies and left the the mom to fend for herself. She was picked up by animal control, skinny, starving and full of milk. Imagine the stress this poor dear has gone through!
She was slated to die in a kill shelter when, with our sponsorship, our friends at the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society of Houston pulled her from the shelter!
Our sponsorship dollars will go toward their costs to rescue her and help enable them to save the next dog.
