Grace was kept as a breeding slave by a backyard breeder without much human contact. She produced litter after litter for sale. When she was getting too old, her owner dumped her at a kill shelter. This sort of thing makes me sick - how can people be so inhumane?
Of course, no one wanted to adopt this old, unsocialized girl.
With her execution looming, however, Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta agreed to take her in with our sponsorship. Our donations will help them to afford to vet and foster her, while they train her to be a pet and show her what a loving family is like.
