Have you ever worried about what would happen to your beloved pets if you suddenly passed away? Would your family or friends take them in?
Pood Tucker’s owner died and no one stepped up to take him in. Instead, no one cared for him and eventually the owner’s sister dumped him in a kill shelter, in terrible condition – covered with ticks, fleas and sores.
Of course, no one wanted to adopt a dog in such poor condition, so he was headed for death.
Luckily, with our sponsorship, Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta agreed to take him in. Our sponsorship is helping them to afford to vet him back to health and foster him.
