Psalms is a little Great Pyrenees puppy that was abandoned. She was probably part of a litter and the breeder couldn’t find a buyer for her – so he dumped her in the country. Some people found her and brought her to a shelter. Unfortunately, it is a kill shelter and even if it were not a kill shelter, shelters generally are about the most dangerous place to bring a puppy because they have little resistance to many canine diseases.
With our sponsorship, our friends at the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society of Houston pulled her from the shelter before she could be killed or catch a fatal disease. Our sponsorship money will go toward vet bills and other costs of fostering her until a permanent home can be found.
