Could you spare $5 to help this old guy get the care he needs?
Alfred is a calm, loving, huge Great Pyr. He was dumped at a kill shelter because he was too old for his owners. (I don’t know about you, but when I hear stuff like that, it makes me really sad and angry at the same time.) He was also heartworm positive. The wonderful people at Great Pyr Rescue of Atlanta took him in even though the odds are he will stay in their foster care for the rest of his life. They had enough funds to treat his heartworm, but that was so expensive, they asked us to sponsor further medical treatment he needs for the teeth and gum infections he has now.
