Could you spare $5 to save this puppy?
This is a picture of Woofie at the kill shelter in Bolivar, MO – the same shelter Max was in. Woofie is a puppy about 5 months old. He is a Great Pyr or a Maremma Sheepdog (a closely related breed) or mix of the two. Although he is sweet as can be, he is a bad boy – completely untrained and loves to get into whatever fights and other mischief he can find! He needs a good owner that can train him.
Our friends at the Bear Creek Equine Sanctuary in Missouri (great friends of Great Pyrs and other large animals) need our help to save Woofie. We agreed to sponsor him for $150.
Bear Creek got Woofie out of the shelter! They think that with some training, Woofie would make a good livestock guardian dog – as Great Pyrs and Maremmas are bred to be.
Bear Creek has already fronted more than $150 on the fees to get him out of the shelter, medical, etc. – and they need our sponsorship help. Please help us raise the $150 we need to sponsor Woofie using the ChipIn.
All donations go directly from Paypal to the rescue and are tax-deductible. Please chip in - together we can save Woofie and many more!
Thank you so much for contributing. Your donations are having a big impact – because of your generosity, when we promise to sponsor, our rescue partners rely on us and pull dogs from shelters before they are killed – even before we are able to raise the sponsorship money. Your Club has helped to save over 60 dogs from kill shelters in the last few months!
