He was scheduled to be put to sleep when Janet Davis of National Akbash Rescue got news of him. In the nick of time, Janet was able to find a rescue to take him – but only if we agreed to sponsor him, since cash is very short in Central California rescues. We agreed to sponsor him and the rescue took him!
